Assembly Technician at an Innovative Company in Bromma

Do you enjoy hands-on work in an innovative and growing environment where quality, technology and craftsmanship come together? We are currently looking for a meticulous and self-driven Assembly Technician to join Lind in Bromma, Stockholm, a pioneering company developing electric surfboards.

The role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in what they build. You will be part of a production environment within a startup company with a strong technical focus and close collaboration between assembly, development and quality. As an Assembly Technician at Lind, you will work with both mechanical assembly and electronic assembly as part of your daily responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembly of drivetrain systems and impeller units

• Cutting, crimping and installation of wiring harnesses

• Functional testing and quality control of finished products

• Working from technical drawings and documentation, as well as learning the product through hands-on experience

The work requires focus, precision and consistency. From time to time, you may also support prototype builds, which calls for flexibility, technical understanding and initiative. Working hours are weekdays, daytime.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with experience in assembly, workshop environments or manufacturing, preferably in a technical setting where quality and precision are essential.

You are self-reliant and comfortable taking responsibility for your work from start to finished product. You thrive in a small organization where roles are broad and individual responsibility is high. As a person, you are detail-oriented, practical and technically interested.

The primary language in the workplace is English, and you therefore need to communicate fluently in English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
