We are now looking for a Key Account Sales Engineer to join our Mining team in northern Sweden and take a key role in supporting and developing some of our most important customer relationships. Your Mission As a Key Account Sales Engineer, you will play a central role in managing and developing relationships with some of the largest mining customers in Sweden. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, driving business growth and ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction across the full Epiroc portfolio. Your responsibilities include: Managing key customer accounts within the mining segment and acting as their main point of contact. Driving sales of our complete offering, including drilling rigs, mining equipment, rock drilling tools, service and aftermarket solutions. Building deep, trust‑based relationships with customers and collaborating on ongoing and future projects. Identifying business opportunities, understanding customer challenges and proposing relevant Epiroc solutions. Participating in product‑related meetings, demonstrations and technical dialogues with customers and product companies. Working closely with colleagues across Sweden to ensure coordinated service and support delivery. Planning your own work independently while remaining fully aligned with team goals and customer expectations.

Your Profile You are an experienced and socially confident professional who enjoys working closely with customers in a technical environment. To succeed in this role, we believe you bring: Several years of experience in technical sales, key account management or similar roles. Preferably experience from the mining industry or another heavy‑industry/industrial environment. Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A proactive, self‑driven and structured way of working — you can plan your days independently while keeping focus on results. The ability to manage multiple ongoing topics and adjust plans based on customer priorities. Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability and commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with customers. Fluency in Swedish and in English are required for daily customer interactions

Personality‑wise, you are communicative, flexible, service‑minded and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where no two days look the same. Location and Travel We are preferably looking for candidates located  in Skellefteå but we are open to other locations in the region as well. Hybrid work is possible depending on your location, combined with the natural travel requirements of the role.
