Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Development Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Plan, execute, evaluate, and document pilot-scale trials.
  • Test products and manufacturing processes using new equipment.
  • Work in laboratory, pilot hall, and full-scale production environments.
  • Analyze trial results and propose improvements to processes and production methods.
  • Support development of new manufacturing technologies.
  • Initiate and drive minor investment projects related to new production equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements within manufacturing and process development.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and technical specialists.
  • Support development activities related to new product development and industrialization.

What You Bring

  • MSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
  • Around 10 years of experience working within the process industry.
  • Hands-on experience running pilot trials in industrial environments.
  • Comfortable combining practical work with documentation and analytical tasks.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in resin manufacturing is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of process intensification is beneficial.
  • Experience working with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is valuable.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Curious and motivated to work in both hands-on and structured technical roles.
