You will lead a strategic pre-study that will shape the future direction of an Advanced Planning System (APS) in a global manufacturing environment. The current planning landscape is fragmented, with low system adoption, partial use of existing tools, and gaps to group-wide standards. Your mission will be to create a clear, fact-based foundation for the next investment decision.

You will evaluate three possible paths forward: improving the current APS solution, moving to a group-standard platform, or migrating to an alternative APS solution. The assignment sits at the intersection of business, IT, and supply chain, and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders across planning, operations, and architecture. It is a strong opportunity if you enjoy bringing structure to complex decisions and influencing both strategy and execution.

• You will lead the pre-study end to end, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
• You will drive the work across current state analysis, business and functional requirements, solution evaluation, recommendation, and roadmap.
• You will facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, Inventory Management, S&OP, and IT integration.
• You will structure requirements so they are comparable and clearly linked to business value, pain points, risks, and dependencies.
• You will evaluate scenarios based on fit, gaps, risks, cost, and timeline.
• You will synthesize findings into clear decision material, including gap analysis, scenario comparison, assumptions, dependencies, and a high-level implementation roadmap.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with a Solution Architect responsible for IT architecture topics.
• You will prepare and present material for steering committee and executive decision forums.

• Proven experience leading APS implementations or APS pre-studies, alternatively large-scale supply chain planning or IT transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior subject matter experts and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to structure business requirements and turn complex input into clear, decision-ready material.
• Strong project management capability with a hands-on approach and ownership of overall delivery.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Experience with APS platforms such as SAP IBP, Logility, SO99+ or similar.
• Background from industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in complex organizations with many stakeholders and decision forums.
