About the RoleIn this role, you will help secure stable and reliable connected services in a global automotive environment where uptime, coordination, and clear communication are business-critical. You will be part of a Service Reliability Engineering team focused on both day-to-day operational stability and long-term improvements in reliability practices.
The assignment combines reactive operational support with proactive development of processes and ways of working. You will work closely with DevOps teams, stakeholders, and customers to create structure during major incidents, strengthen operational readiness, and turn lessons learned into lasting improvements. Job Description- You will coordinate major incidents together with DevOps teams and help drive resolution in a structured way.
- You will create clarity during operational events through clear communication with stakeholders and customers.
- You will facilitate post-incident reviews and support Root Cause Analysis to ensure learning and follow-through.
- You will drive improvements in operational workflows, incident handling, and reliability processes across teams.
- You will support DevOps teams in strengthening operational readiness and improving their incident management capabilities over time.
- You will collaborate with Service Reliability Engineering and DevOps colleagues in a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence.
- You will take part in an on-call rotation.
- Experience working with business-critical 24x7 services.
- Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
- Experience coordinating operational activities across multiple teams.
- Experience driving operational or process improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Experience from SRE, Service Operations, DevOps, or similar operational roles.
- Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis or post-incident reviews.
- Familiarity with observability or operational support platforms.
- Experience working in Agile organizations.
- Understanding of modern cloud-based service environments.
