Quality Engineer

Responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing testing and quality work, as well as contributing to product and process improvements.

Key Tasks:

• Develop test plans based on customer requirements, standards, and internal specifications.
• Analyze test results and drive corrective/improvement actions.
• Participate in development projects and product changes.
• Develop and improve test methods and quality processes.
• Conduct and follow up on advanced testing (including SAT).
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities regarding quality issues.
• Support and guide technicians in their testing and quality work.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in testing, quality, or product development.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting/root cause analysis.
• Experience working in projects and with requirements management.
• Good understanding of quality standards and processes.
