Temporary Position, Early Years (EY) Preschool Teacher, 100%

Job description  PYP Preschool teacher 100%, working with children 2-5 years of age.

As a pre-school teacher, you collaborate and plan closely with the EY team to develop a play- and inquiry based learning environment for students 2-4 year-olds, which promotes student agency. You contribute to planning, teaching and developing the curriculum within the standards and practices of the EY Early Years Programme/Pre-School. Perform other related duties as assigned.

The temporary position is currently planned for May 4th-June 12th 2026 with possibly an earlier starting date, and with the possibility of an extension after June 12th.

Qualification and experience

• Early years/Preschool teaching certification with proven experience of play based learning and early years curriculum
• Preferably a minimum of two years IB PYP teaching experience or similar previous early years teaching employment
• Ability to contribute to plan, teach and develop curriculum within the standards and practices of the PYP
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, proven ability to work with different groups within and between departments
• Effective organizational skills for planning and documentation, including time management
• Native English speaker or high proficiency in English
