We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support a client’s recruitment function with end-to-end delivery and a strong service mindset. You will take an ownership role for assigned recruitments, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment practices.

• Coordinate and maintain oversight of recruitment activities for allocated roles
• Drive full recruitment processes from job posting and selection through interviews and onboarding
• Ensure high service standards across operational and administrative recruitment work
• Support and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Implement and continuously improve ways of working, procedures, guidelines, and rules within your area of responsibility

• University degree in HR or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a recruiter
• Excellent communication skills from work as an HR Recruiter and/or HR Generalist
• Self-driven and proactive with a service-minded approach
• Fluency in English and accustomed to using English in daily work
• Expertise in HR, recruitment/resourcing, and mobility

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
