Solution & Pricing Analyst


Are you passionate about creating tailored transportation solutions? Do you have a knack for pricing strategy and understanding customer needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Solution & Pricing Analyst!

About the Role:

As a Solution & Pricing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop the best possible landside transportation solutions for our customers across FCL, Rail & Depot services. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, designing optimal transportation solutions, and setting competitive pricing to meet their requirements. You’ll work closely on tenders and requests, striving to find the most efficient and cost-effective tendering and transport solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored landside transportation solutions (FCL, Rail & Depot) for customers across the area.

  • Understand customer needs and market dynamics to create effective transportation strategies.

  • Set competitive pricing for transportation services that align with customer expectations and business goals.

  • Manage and respond to tenders and transportation requests, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients.

  • Continuously monitor market trends, prices, and competition to refine pricing strategies.

  • Report on key performance indicators including volume growth, conversion ratios, and Gross Profit delivery.

  • Monitor and analyse market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer landscape to adjust strategies.

  • Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues across the Nordics to ensure aligned solutions and shared success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor degree or 1-2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, ideally in solution creation and pricing for depot/landside transportation.

  • Strong knowledge of market prices, transportation solutions, and industry trends.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong commercial mindset—able to balance competitive pricing with value creation.

  • Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
