Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who likes technology, people, and sustainability. As a person, you are a humble and responsible team player who, with a strong sense of curiosity, both learn from others and share knowledge. You naturally approach customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional way. These qualities reflect our core values, which we have summarized in what we call our Ductus heart: Trust, Collaboration, Empathy, Innovation.
We place great importance on personal qualities, and for us it is important that you are self-driven, have the motivation to constantly learn new things, and are willing to share your knowledge. You act independently by taking initiative and finding alternative solutions if problems arise.
A prerequisite for the role is that you enjoy working in teams, are prestige-less, and are good at building relationships. We appreciate a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. A friendly approach and a willingness to help are key values for us—both internally and towards our customers.
You thrive in an international environment with a diversity of customer projects and technologies. You are used to capturing and documenting customer requirements and managing customer expectations. You also have the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts, enabling clear technical communication.
At Ductus, we are convinced that an inclusive and diverse workplace provides the best conditions for meeting our customers’ needs. We strive to reflect the diversity of society, and therefore we truly welcome EVERYONE who recognizes themselves in our core values.
What do we offer?
At Ductus, you’ll have a workplace where you have room to grow. We offer continuous skills development that you can help shape, and you always have access to the company’s shared knowledge base as support in your work. Your closest manager will support you through frequent 1:1 meeting where you check in on how things are going.
For us, community and team spirit are important. Besides having a lot of fun together at work, we also arrange social activities outside working hours for those who can and want to join.
We know that a pleasant work environment, work–life balance, and good health are essential for you to feel well and reach your full potential. That’s why our offices are always centrally located, and we offer flexible working hours and good benefits.
