Fleet Associate - Procurement Specialist

Main objectives

The Fleet Associate – Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable procurement of fleet-related vehicles, equipment, and services to support Foodora’s rider and 3PL operations.

The role exists to:

• Execute and support procurement activities for fleet assets and services in line with operational demand
• Manage supplier interactions to ensure correct specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Support cost control and standardization across fleet-related purchases
• Ensure procurement processes are followed, documented, and scalable as the fleet grows
• Ensuring that procurement is in line with Pandora guidelines and policies

Qualifications

• You preferably have a background in accounting or economics (Not mandatory)
• Quick and sharp minded. You need to be able to process numbers, purchase orders, supplier onboardings and more at a quick phase
• Thorough. Mistakes can be very expensive and add big costs
