Position: Summer Production Worker

As a Production Worker at InnovaMar, you'll be at the heart of our harvesting and processing operations. Your daily tasks may include:

• Manual cutting and trimming
• Packing and sorting
• Preparation tasks in various production zones Shifts rotate between day and evening, giving you variety and balance throughout the summer season.

Qualifications We Value Experience is an advantage, but not required - we will train you. You should have:

• Good communication skills in English or Norwegian
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to provide a valid background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities (We assist with the process) or Clean criminal record from all countries where you have lived or worked for more than 6 months during the past 5 years.
• Valid EU passport or Norwegian permanent residency/work permit
• Driving license - living on Frøya requires personal responsibility for transportation (For longer-term stay, candidates should have the possibility to buy a car)
• Minimum 2 month of employement

SalMar is located on Frøya, a small island with very limited public transportation. Having your own car or a valid driver's license is essential to live and work here comfortably.

Dormitory rooms may be available (waiting list applies) and are located 5 km from the factory. However, since there is no public transport between the dormitory and the workplace, you will still need your own transport or, in the first months, be willing to ask colleagues for a ride. Please note: It is each employee's own responsibility to arrange transportation to and from work.
