About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of a fast, accessible, and scalable web experience. You will build new features, refine architecture, and continuously improve performance and usability with the end user in focus.

You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product designers, and business stakeholders to evolve the platform across both desktop and mobile. This role combines hands-on coding with architectural thinking and product impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend features
• Improve performance, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Optimize state management, caching, and data flows
• Continuously improve developer workflows and tooling

Who You Are

You care deeply about building reliable, maintainable, and user-friendly products.

You:

• Have 3–5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Have a strong understanding of core web technologies (HTML/DOM, HTTP, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Have experience building and scaling modern web applications
• Are comfortable working with state management and caching strategies
• Write efficient, accessible, and maintainable code
• Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across teams
• Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Must-Haves

• Solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
• Experience working in product-focused, collaborative environments
• Ability to take ownership of features from idea to production
• Professional fluency in English

Bonus

• Experience with Svelte or SvelteKit
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with developer tooling and internal workflow optimization
